Easy Cheesy Baked Pasta Recipe

Although I do meal plan, there are nights that I just don’t feel like anything I had planned. On those occasions, I want to make something easy and filling that the entire family will enjoy. That is the number one thing I struggle with when cooking meals for my family. My kids are very picky eaters, as am I. Thankfully my husband isn’t very picky!

One of my family’s favorite foods is pasta. One night last week I decided to try this new pasta that I grabbed on a whim at Kroger. I normally buy whole grain pastas because they are a bit healthier for you. I can’t even pronounce the name of the new pasta but it was delicious!

I created this Easy Cheesy Baked Pasta using some of our favorite pasta night ingredients. The recipe is super simple to put together and it is definitely a kid-pleaser.

  2. I need to do this, especially next time it snows. So perfect. I never take the extra step of baking the pasta, it is so worth it.
